How it works
- Tell us what you need. Fill in the quote request form: equipment type, rough monthly print volume, color or black and white, and your timeline.
- We look for a match. We're still building our network of local dealers, so we can't promise a match. The quote form has a required consent box. Sending the form with that box checked is what lets us share your request with up to three independent local dealers who serve your area.
- Dealers contact you. Dealers may reach out by email or phone about your request. You compare their quotes and decide. There's no obligation to buy.

We accept requests from businesses across metro Atlanta, including Atlanta, Marietta, Alpharetta, Roswell, Norcross and Duluth. Put your business ZIP code on the form so we can look for dealers who serve your location.
Before you ask for quotes
- Know your volume. A rough idea of how many pages you print and copy each month helps dealers suggest the right size machine. Your current lease or meter readings may show it.
- Check your current contract. If you're replacing a leased copier, look for the end date, any notice period and any automatic renewal terms.
- List must-have features. Scanning to email or cloud folders, stapling, booklet making, large paper sizes and secure printing all affect which models fit.

Is Copier Atlanta a copier dealer?
No. Copier Atlanta is an independent referral and quote-matching service. We don't sell, lease, rent or repair copiers. Where suitable dealers are available, we may pass your request to independent local dealers, and any quote or contract is between you and the dealer you choose.
Does it cost anything to request quotes?
No. Requesting quotes through Copier Atlanta is free for you, and you're never obligated to buy anything. Dealers who receive a request may pay Copier Atlanta a referral fee.
Who will contact me?

They may contact you by email or phone about your request. If no suitable dealer is available, your request isn't shared with anyone. We don't sell your information to anyone for other purposes.
